DESIGNERS GUILD: NEW COLLECTIONS FOR SPRING 2010
Designers Guild has launched their exciting new collection of fabric and wallpaper for Spring 2010 which are available NOW.

Brighton Pavilion has divided opinion since its creation – described as extravagant, gloriously eccentric, silly, charming and a piece of outrageous folly! It is all of these things and, at the same time, one of the most influential and iconic buildings in Britain.
The fusion of classical and the exotic found in Thomas Nash’s formal and graphic architecture and Frederick Crace’s wondrous interior design provides the inspiration for this season’s designs. The result is a refined collection, which features beautifully drawn florals, formal geometrics and elegant architectural inspired designs combined with a sophisticated colour palette.
Pavilion Prints
A stunning collection of beautiful floral printed silks, formal geometrics and classical plasterwork motifs in a broad and versatile colour palette. 8 new designs in 24 colourways
Pavilion: A beautiful large scale floral and stem embroidery on a fine linen ground.
Rheinsberg: A stunning design incorporating interlocking geometric motifs with graphic black accents.
Nash: An elegant plasterwork motif on a cool neutral ground with a pretty stylised floral border.
Porden: A decorative geometric pattern reminiscent of classic wrought ironwork, printed on fine linen.
Baudard: Fabulous large-scale lotus blossoms and leaves floating on a coloured pure linen ground.
Oranienbaum: An elegant floral bouquet printed on a shimmering silk ground.
Watelet: Delightfully drawn white roses with charcoal stems & leaves gracefully adorn this printed silk.
Seussian: A handsome geometric pattern with a burnished gleam, printed on a stout linen ground.
Cassan Weaves
A stunning and varied collection of weaves that work beautifully with Pavilion prints, capturing that sense of architecture and the exotic. 7 new designs in 44 colourways
Montefiore: A superb soft washed velvet on a tumbled linen look ground.
Cassan: Inspired by the hugely popular Nabucco velvet, this is a smaller scale raffia woven mock-croc.
Lewes: A raffia woven small scale animal print design.
Stanmer: A small scale repeating wave pattern in a gorgeous shimmering embossed velvet.
Sussex: An ultra smart small scale geometric with white and gold threaded highlights.
Hirschfield: A classical small scale interlocking geometric motif with gold and white thread.
Papilo: A stunning, shimmering metallic with a textural effect printed onto a fine linen ground.
Nabucco Wallpapers
A fabulous, destination book offering stunning florals, graphic geometrics and classical architectural inspired designs. All non woven, plus introducing a fabulous new trend in wallpapers – a sculptural, classically embossed design. 8 designs in 75 colourways
Rheinsburg: A striking design with interlocking graphic squares inspired by classical plasterwork motifs.
Papilo: A brilliant, burnished wallcovering with a textural pattern, in a stunning colour palette.

Chichester: A new and exciting embossed design with a classical plasterwork motif.
Porden: A stylish, graphic, geometric pattern that is screen printed with gloss, matt and metallic effects.
Bridgeport: A subtle broad stripe with a woven textured effect.
Nabucco: The ever popular mock-croc velvet as a stunning wallpaper in a fabulous range of colours.
Watelet: A trailing floral design with pastel drawn white roses and charcoal stems and leaves .
Nantucket Weaves
A gorgeous collection of woven and printed stripes in linen, cotton and silk – an array of colours and textures for informal and relaxed chic. 12 designs in 45 colourways
Waterbury: Broad, vibrantly coloured stripes printed on a chunky, stone washed linen union.
Ellington: A striking, vibrantly coloured multi-stripe printed on a linen union ground.
Forster: A sophisticated subtly shaded stripe in fine linen sheer.
Amagansett and Montauk: Elegant broad tonal stripes in vibrant, glowing shades woven in silk and twill.
Nantucket and Bridgeport: Richly coloured stripes or softly toning broad stripes on a natural ground shade, woven in a heavy herringbone.
Hampton, Westchester, Newport and Porchester: Subtle, smart, woven designs in natural herringbone.
Providence: A smart woven design of alternating broad and fine stripes on a neutral ground.
Barcelona Collection
The patterns, colours and exuberance of Catalonia’s bustling capital city provide the inspiration for this fantastic collection of prints. Following on from the dynamic Manhattan prints of spring 09, Barcelona’s colourful and patterned designs are perfect for modern, contemporary life.
Boqueria: Named after the famous covered market in Las Ramblas, this design is a witty evocation of the country with trees, birds, butterflies and little cottages, all drawn with a charming childlike hand. The colour palette is vibrant with aqua, pimento, rose, indigo and black and white printed on a smooth cotton ground.
Sagrada: Named after Gaudi’s stunning Cathedral, this is an all over stylised and abstract floral geometric pattern reminiscent of stained glass windows and printed on a stout textured cloth.
Diagonal: A smart and stylish simple geometric design in contrasting colour blocks printed on cotton panama.
Ramblas: A striking design with graphic rose blossoms strongly drawn in vibrant colours with charcoal contrast, printed on a plain cotton weave with an almost Andy Warhol pop art edge.
Barcelona: A stunning and stylised design with graphic leaves and berries in an all over design and printed on a sturdy cotton panama weave.
Barcino: A vibrant and contemporary wave stripe on a huge scale in stunning colour combinations and printed on a hard wearing textured cotton weave.
Castellar: A lively, vibrant graphic design with a tapestry of colourful and patterned squares on a simple plain weave cotton.
