Oriental Papers
Heavily influenced by traditional Japanese kimono design, this collection features dramatic blooms, delicate blossoms, bamboo and stylised landscapes of pines and water. These botanical and geometric motifs are complemented by a whimsical fan design, which pays homage to the collection's origins.
China Rose: A flamboyant floral, closely resembling the painted silk fabric from which it was drawn.
Blossom: A charming floral design depicting contrasting blossoms, with an attractive trellis background.
Pines: Drawn from an early 19th Century silk kimono, an abstract depiction of pine trees emerging out of clouds.
