This year William Yeoward dips deeply into his past to bring to the market three collections “Polperro”.
William was raised very much with the ocean on his doorstep and that ocean being very much part of his upbringing. Boating, sailing and fishing are in his blood and when he revisited the haunts of his youth he became aware of his need to use these inspirations in his work.
“There is something about the English coastline that is so unique. I love the colours of the landscape, the boats, the sail cloths, rolling pastures and the ocean spray: These to me are the essence of my being.”
He uses these elements to weave a collection of Stripes, prints, wallpapers and accessories that encompasses this England that he so loves..

Woven in a traditional fashion, and inspired by Yeoward’s collection of vintage pieces from 19th century European and British sources. Broad, narrow, thick and fine, these Polperro marine stripes are suitable throughout the house.

Woven in a traditional fashion, and inspired by Yeoward’s collection of vintage pieces from 19th century European and British sources. Combinations of saffron, olive and sage give another twist to this rustic collection of stripes, and a statement multi-textured patchwork.
